Sir / Madam; Myself V.Sujith from India.I do visit the Cosmoprof exhibitions( Malaysia,Vietnam,Hong Kong and Indonesia ) regularly.This time I got an invitation from Cosmoprof India for the participation.With great expectation we (myself and friends) visited the Cosmoprof Mumbai, were we faced few bad experiences from the day 1, which we never faced before.The issues that we faced as a follows.1. When I approached the show manager for the Show Directory / Map / Brochure, there were no response(They never minded us)Even I was ready to pay for the Show Directory.2.The Mobile Network were very poor to make any call or for the internet connection.I approached the event organizer for the wifi facility.The event organizers directed me to the event help desk counter.There no one was ready to attend my issue,meanwhile they were busy in chatting and making fun of each other. After 10 min a wifi admin / person came there sitting on the counter table attended me.Later he conveyed that
