Signs needed to direct parking. Use State Patrol to direct traffic. Improve web site. Use other venues as example for mobile tickets. Instruct workers on professional customer service. Provide a printed vendor location map. Turn on lights outside bldg and parking area. I injured myself leaving from West exit.
